Sourabh was born on 1 December, 1985 in New Delhi,India. He was born in a Jainism family. His family consists of his father, mother and two elder sisters. His mother Raj Jain, who is an Advocate.
He did his schooling from CSKM Public School, New Delhi. He completed his college from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi Symbiosis International University, Pune. His educational qualification is Degree in Computer Applications MBA.

- In 2004, Sourabh started his acting career in the television show “Remix” as Amen Deep.
