Early life and Career
Akshara was born in a well settled family in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She grew up in Patna, Bihar. In her family her father is an Actor and mother is also an Actress, due to which Akshara also had a dream of becoming an actress.
She completed her school from Orchids The International School in Mumbai. Later she completed her graduation from University of Mumbai. In 2010, Akshara started her acting career in the action drama Satyamev Jayate opposite Ravi Kishan.
Next in 2012, she appeared in the film “Saugandh Ganga Maiya Ke” as Laila. In 2013, she appeared in the film “Diler” as Rani. She played a role in the film “Saathiya”, which was directed by Praveen Kumar Guduri in 2015. That same year she also appeared in the TV serial “Kaala Teeka”.
In 2017, she appeared in the films which are as: “Dhadkan” as Gulabo,” Sarkar Raj” as Sapna and “Tabadala”as Kiran. She also appeared in the TV show “Porus” as Maharani Kadika. She played a lead role in the Abhay Sinha Film “Maa Tujhe Salam” as Geeta in 2018.
In 2020, she appeared in the film “Love Marriage”, which was directed by Vishnu Shanker Belu. Currently, She is the contestant of Reality Show Big Boss 15 OTT. Apart from acting career she is also a singer . She has also sung many songs for bhojpuri films.
